GODIŠNJAK/JAHRBUCH is the journal of the Centre for Balkan Studies of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Godišnjak has been published since 1957. First (I) and second volumes (II-1961) were published in the edition of the Institute for Balkan Studies of the Scientific Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 1965 (III / 1) the publisher is the Centre for Balkan Studies. Godišnjak is a regular annual interdisciplinary publication in which members and associates of the Centre as well as experts from around the world are publishing their studies/articles. Godišnjak publishes scientific papers from the field of archaeology, history, anthropology, linguistics and ethnology. According to the regulations of Godišnjak all submitted articles are subjected to the double-blind peer-review process.

Abstract

One of the important archaeological sites from Bosnia and Herzegovina is Mogorjelo, which is unique among the other facilities from that period. Facility at Mogorjelo can be included to the sites with relatively clear chronological continuity.

The number of the researchers that have researched this site is quite impressive, but no one fully elaborated and presented complete richness of the archaeological material discovered at the site of Mogorjelo.
