Abstract
This paper presents information and constructive assumptions from the history of the Predojević Vlachs. Despite the scarcity of preserved data, it also gives postulates for the further research of this topic. Predojevići were situated in the area of Bileća and were vassals of the nobile family of Pavlovići, and later of the noble family of Kosača. They were engaged in caravan commerce, crediting, serving and learning of crafts in Ragusa, as well as keeping and cultivating of Ragusan cattle. Apart from this, they were not unfamiliar to highway robberies. The most important representatives of the Predojevići Vlachs were Čeprnja and Zagorac Brajanović with their sons.
