Focus and Scope

Godišnjak/Jahrbuch is is the journal of the Centre for Balkan Studies of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Godišnjak/Jahrbuch has been published since 1957. First (I) and second volumes (II-1961) were published in the edition of the Institute for Balkan Studies of the Scientific Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 1965 (III / 1) the publisher is the Centre for Balkan Studies. Godišnjak/Jahrbuch is a regular annual interdisciplinary publication in which members and associates of the Centre as well as experts from around the world are publishing their studies/articles. Our Journal publishes scientific papers from the field of archaeology, history, history of arts, anthropology, ottoman, linguistics and ethnology.
