GODIŠNJAK/JAHRBUCH is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
GODIŠNJAK/JAHRBUCH is the journal of the Centre for Balkan Studies of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Godišnjak has been published since 1957. First (I) and second volumes (II-1961) were published in the edition of the Institute for Balkan Studies of the Scientific Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 1965 (III / 1) the publisher is the Centre for Balkan Studies. Godišnjak is a regular annual interdisciplinary publication in which members and associates of the Centre as well as experts from around the world are publishing their studies/articles. Godišnjak publishes scientific papers from the field of archaeology, history, anthropology, linguistics and ethnology. According to the regulations of Godišnjak all submitted articles are subjected to the double-blind peer-review process.
